October 4, 2025, Maoqi Culture was invited to participate in the Manulife Canada Mid-Autumn Gala, where it successfully hosted a charity auction featuring intangible cultural heritage (ICH) works. At the event, three carefully selected ICH pieces were all sold, with the panda-themed artwork fetching the highest bid of 500 Canadian dollars, emerging as the highlight of the evening.
The ICH items brought by Maoqi Culture received enthusiastic responses and strong support from all guests present. To fulfill corporate social responsibility and promote the dissemination of ICH culture alongside the development of public welfare initiatives, the company has confirmed that all profits from the sales of ICH items during the gala will be donated in full to the Shanghai Disabled Persons’ Federation Gallery, delivering care and support to special groups through concrete actions.
This event is not only a successful practice of integrating ICH culture into high-end social occasions, but also a vivid demonstration of Maoqi Culture’s public welfare philosophy. Moving forward, the company will continue to explore more possibilities for combining culture with philanthropy, allowing the beauty of intangible cultural heritage to convey warmth and charitable acts to unite strength.
